Title:  LMS Specialist

Quantumscape is building a team to develop a robust training program. The ideal candidates will have Learning Management System (LMS) experience.

Reports to: VP, EHS & Training

Work Location: San Jose, CA- Required to be onsite

Responsibilities:

· Learn and manage the learning management system.

· Grant and manage access and permissions to the system, help to troubleshoot technical issues, set up the system to support the business, and provide training to users in person

· Coordinate with people leaders to create and maintain training plans and training matrices.

· Coordinate with Operations and R&D leaders to create and maintain the training certification program.

· Partner with onboarding groups to develop a robust new hire training program.

· Assist with developing and maintaining training metrics and reports.

· Resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

· Provide instructor led training as needed.

· Identify and implement improvement opportunities.

· Provide regular updates to management on systems, processes, and projects.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree is required and a minimum of 3 years work experience.

· Experience in Training is desired.

· Experience in creating e-learning material is a plus.

· Ability to partner with colleagues and contribute to the success of the team is required.

· Effective written and communication skills are must.

· Good coping skills and analytical problem-solving skills are needed.

· Ability to prioritize and respond to emerging business needs is a plus.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat is required.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range for this role is $82,000-119,000, but a salary will be determined by the candidate's experience and educational background. QuantumScape also offers an annual bonus and a generous RSU/Equity package as part of its compensation plan.
