  • Support the start-up of new equipment by defining process parameters and creating operator training plans.
  • Evaluate and improve existing equipment while contributing to long-term machinery strategy.
  • Drive data automation efforts and analyze key process variables to enhance stability and performance.
  • Participate in design and safety reviews to ensure equipment meets technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain and report on process control charts on a regular basis.
  • Make data-driven decisions and clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in both experimental work and documentation; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, along with a comfort level in analyzing data to support process optimization and decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in laboratory work, pilot-scale processes, or device fabrication; prior experience in the battery or energy storage industry is highly desirable.
  • Foundational understanding of electrochemistry, process control, and scaling of manufacturing processes, with the ability to apply theory to practical engineering challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, present technical findings to diverse audiences, and incorporate feedback.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to rapidly evolving projects; comfortable taking initiative while contributing to a highly collaborative team culture.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical solutions, continuous improvement, and driving processes toward greater stability, reliability, and scalability.

Nice to have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience with battery-related field, or scaling up project
