Drive scrap reduction initiatives and developing data infrastructure to enhance traceability within MES, including vendor evaluation and system integration.
- Inline Process Quality Testing : Design and implement inline quality tests (in-situ and ex-situ) to provide rapid feedback on product integrity. Minimize the movement of defective builds through proactive detection and response.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and promoting quality ownership across teams.
- Quality Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key quality metrics. Deliver regular performance reports highlighting trends, gaps, and actionable insights to drive improvement.
Skills You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on transitioning technologies from R&D to production.
